Ella is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS), having completed a BA (Hons) in Psychology at Trinity College Dublin and MSc in Organisational Psychology at Alliance Manchester Business School. Prior to joining Impact Psychology for Business, she had built a successful career as a Project Manager in the education sector, designing and delivering bespoke programmes for both private and public sector clients across a range of topics including mental health, leadership skills and global citizenship.

Ella’s passion is to help people to perform and feel their best at work, and she focuses heavily on evidence-based interventions and solutions. Her background in project management combines with her compassionate approach to consultancy, to provide clients with efficient, people-centred solutions. Her interests in wellbeing at work and optimising performance strike a balance between improving teamwork, leadership, and other areas of development, while also prioritising the health and wellbeing required in order to achieve that high level of performance.

Ella has a BA (Hons) Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, during which she studied abroad for a year in Groningen, the Netherlands, and a degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship also from Trinity College Dublin. She also holds a MSc Organisational Psychology degree from Alliance Manchester Business School.  She is qualified in Ability and Personality testing to BPS level and has a professional qualification in Project Management from University College Dublin (UCD).

In her free time, Ella enjoys travelling and planning trips with friends and family, including visits back home to Dublin. Ella also enjoys cooking and baking – she’s always looking for the new trendy recipe to try and finds it helps her switch off after a long day.
