The Benefits of Feedback

The Aspiring Senior Leaders Development-Assessment centres (DAC’s) have successfully been modeled in the West Midlands after being commissioned by Health Education West Midlands.

An interim evaluation has been completed after receiving detailed feedback from the delegates who took part in each centre.

Here is a small selection of qualitative feedback from delegates who attended the DACs:

“The 360 was really useful along with the feedback session. The nature of the exercises really tested you in a safe way so you could try out different things”

“I felt that all of the programme was excellent and balanced effectively. In terms of new experiences I thought the media interview was something I had never done before therefore really valuable in terms of learning and my development needs.”

“Fantastic, it was one of the best things I have done in a long time”

At the end of each centre the Leadership Development Facilitators review what went well and what would of be even better if’, so we are constantly making improvements to the design, delivery and dedication provided at each centre.
