Race for Life Training
To keep us motivated and to whip us into shape, we’re in full swing of training – be it walking to work, the 30 day squat challenge or fitness sessions in the gym.
We’ve also assigned ourselves a team coach Paul – in virtual form 😀
He’s even made it to our whiteboard for motivation:
All in all, we’re getting fitter, healthier and motivated for Race for Life.
