Shelly Rubinstein, Dr Phil Bardzil and Cathy O’Neill were invited to conduct a forum at this year’s annual British Psychological Society DOP Conference.
Our research into the increase in negative and bullying behaviour at work as a result of the recession was used to create a unique forum.
The response has been overwhelming, such is the topical nature of this issue. We are continuing to work with this important issue and have received widespread press coverage for this, which is raising even more awareness.
