5. What contribution has Impact Consulting made to services for citizens and customers?
We are working closely with several CCG’s, NHS trusts and councils. The services they provide will benefit the public as we work with frontline staff such as doctors and provide training such as managing difficult
I hope that we have given our clients value for money, especially our NHS clients and that the leadership of the organisations we work with is the best that it can be through the programmes that we have delivered. For example, Board development work, Executive development, coaching very senior managers such as Chief Executives and OD work. I expect what these leaders learn get filtered down to others. conversations. This work should trickle down and have an impact on the public. We have also done work with sales teams so have impacted on customer care and how sales teams interact with their customers.
We are also working on Devolution Manchester so I hope that our work in Greater Manchester will have an impact on services and integration for the NHS and local authorities. We can contribute to the Devolution agenda and the people of Manchester, which will be interesting.
