2. What do you like most about working at Impact Consulting?
The work is interesting and varied, as well as having autonomy in my role. Working with a great team who support each other and are fun to be with. We have a positive effect on people, for example those who have conflict at work, or can’t decide where to go in their career and team development. Organisations put money aside for the work that we do and it effects people’s lives, there is a knock on effect.
