Take a structured approach to change – Week 3 of our ‘Top Tip Tuesday’ series on Managing Change Effectively for Leaders

Impact Analysis -This has some similarities to Force Field Analysis, however it is more about identifying potential consequences of change and preparing for these by identifying how you would manage in that situation. Look at the broad picture of the organisation and consider how some of the larger changes might filter down and affect your employees. By having a plan you will be more prepared to deal with the worst case scenario, and it will also help you put action in place to reduce the impact of the change.
