How things have changed since we started back in 1994 #insideImpactPsycs
Suzanne – The technology. When we started we didn’t even have a fax machine! We had a tiny office with a tiny desk and two word processors. Now we have a whole network and social media.
SHelly – Occupational Psychology is much more recognised now as a profession, which makes it easier to engage with clients. There is also more research on the importance of how we treat people at work and how this is linked to outcomes such as motivation, customer service and profit.
