3. What has been your favourite moment?
When we moved to the office where we are now. We had expanded and everyone had a say in choosing things for the new office, so that it was comfortable both for clients and staff. That was a high point. My least favourite was when the office flooded once! Our disaster recovery process worked very well though, so we were back up and running the next day.
