Career background
Chartered Psychologist, Registered Occupational Psychologist, Fellow of the Chartered Institution for Personnel and Development.
In Rosemary’s professional career she has applied business psychology in both global and specialist psychology consultancies, working with a wide range of clients in the private, public and not-for profit sectors. She has also held a strategic HR and development role within a in a large public sector organisation.
Rosemary has considerable experience of leadership development, training, organisational development, performance management and assessment for selection and development; both at a strategic level and personally delivering these services within organisations. She is passionate about using business psychology to improve organisational performance and ensure that employees fulfil their potential. Rosemary is also an experienced coach and is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric instruments, including personality, ability and 360 degree tools. Rosemary’s experience in HR gives her a good insight into the organisational issues facing her clients.
