Megan Meredith, Associate Consultant

Career background

Megan Meredith is an experienced organisational consultant and coach, working with senior leaders, their teams and organisations in every sector to help them navigate change, particularly where the dynamics are complex and time is short. Megan helps leaders gain insight into themselves, their team, their organisational system, and how these interact – so that they can take realistic and effective action.

Megan started her career in the NHS on the General Management Training Scheme and then in management roles in acute and community trusts and the Audit Commission, before developing a consultancy and coaching career.  She has led facilitation of boards and senior teams across the public sector.  NHS clients include Royal Free NHS Trust, St Bart’s NHS Trust, Central and North West London NHS Trust, and Leeds and York Partnership NHS Trust.  She has also worked with the Metropolitan Police and in local and central government, including London Borough of Haringey, Barking & Dagenham and Barnet, the Department of Health and the Children’s Workforce Development Council.  She works with several multi-academy Education Trusts.

Qualifications

Megan has worked at KPMG, Tavistock Consulting and Roffey Park Institute, where she was Director of their Organisational Development Programme. She has an MA from Cambridge University, an MBA, a Diploma in HR and an MA in Organisational Consultancy (Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches) from the Tavistock Clinic.    Megan directs Tavistock Consulting’s Senior Practitioner Accredited Executive Coaching Programme and is a facilitator on the NHS Nye Bevan’s Senior Leadership Programme.
