Career background
Julia is a Chartered Psychologist and has 18 years of experience in the consulting industry developing and delivering high level leadership development projects, assessment centres and coaching programmes in the public and private sectors including The House of Commons (where she was involved in designing and delivering a high level leadership development programme and establishing an coaching culture with internal facilitators across all departments); DWP; the University of Manchester; and The Cooperative (where she was involved in training internal Champions in running Action Learning Sets across all senior teams to embed the leadership approach aligned to the retail re-build) . She is also experienced in working with SMEs and with private clients and can relate quickly to different clients’ needs and establish effective solutions.
Qualifications
Julia holds an MSc, CPsychol and is a full Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and Special Group of Coaching Psychology (BPS). She is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council. She is a highly experienced and qualified coach (Personal Performance Coaching – distinction, Executive Coaching – distinction). She is Level A and B qualified (and works as an assessor for these qualifications for Manchester Business School).
