Career Background
Elaine is a highly experienced leadership development consultant and coach. Following a successful career in the voluntary sector and NHS, she established her private practice and has since worked with leaders at all levels in complex environments and organisations including universities, NHS, central and local government, charities and SMEs.
Elaine is an Ashridge accredited Executive Coach, Senior Practitioner accredited by the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and a full member of the Association for Coaching. She is licensed to use a range of psychometric tools including MBTI (steps 1 and 2) , Emotional Capital Reporting and TIFF (Temple Index of Functional Fluency) She is a creative and nimble practitioner accustomed to working with groups of professionals and managers, as well as 1:1 coaching.
Qualifications
She holds an MSc in Management Development and Social Responsibility and is licensed to use a range of psychometric tools including MBTI (steps 1 and 2) and Emotional Capital Reporting. In addition to this, Elaine has an ILM Certificate in Psychological Coaching and is undertaking her Executive Coach Postgraduate Diploma at Ashridge. She is a creative and nimble practitioner accustomed to working with groups of professionals and managers, as well as 1:1 coaching.
