Dr. Phil Bardzil, Associate Consultant
Career background
Phil has considerable experience in board development, leadership development, executive and career coaching, action learning facilitation, training design and delivery, workshop facilitation and selection and assessment processes – in a wide range of both public and private sector organisations. He is on the national register of Executive Coaches of the NHS Leadership Academy. During a varied career, Phil has been MD of a subsidiary of a multi-national PLC and has run his own SME – providing a sound practical basis for his consultancy work. His PhD research focuses on the relationship between leadership characteristics and subsequent organisational service quality. Phil has also designed the Psychologica Model™ for leader and organisational development including a suite of on-line tools. He is qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric instruments, including: OPQ, Wave, MBTI, OBA and various 360 competency tools.
