Career background

Anne is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in Assessment and Development at work. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the Health Care Professions Council and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.

She is passionate about providing practical and relevant consultancy support to help organisations and individuals maximise their potential. She has excellent experience of working at all levels (including graduate and executive) within public and private sector companies. Her clients include financial & professional services, education, manufacturing, government departments, retail and IT. For example recent public and third sector clients include the Home Office, Homes England, Welsh Government, NHS Leadership Academy, Motor Neurone Disease Association, University of Manchester and London Metropolitan Police. Recent private clients include Aldi, Audi, Mercedes, Vue Cinema, Esterline, Virgin Media, Centrica, Unilever and Jaguar Land Rover.

Her expertise includes the design and delivery of assessment processes, competency frameworks and exercise design. At a wider level she delivers 360 feedback, executive coaching, training, team development and career transition support. She is a recruitment partner of SHL and is an experienced licensed user of a range of psychometric tools including Wave, Hogan, Talent Q, Neo and OPQ.
