We were approached by Brother UK, a leading world-wide electronics and manufacturing company, for help during a major period of change.
Following a period of consultation and diagnostics we developed a bespoke Senior Management Team Development Programme for Brother. This was designed to encourage the SMT to work together in the development process to build a cohesive team, define roles and examine and understand the impact of their behaviour on the organisation.

Key to this process was setting expectations of ‘acceptable performance’ for the SMT, and to establish total trust, innovation, and creativity.
The outcomes of the programme were incredibly positive. Evaluations showed that new techniques had been learned and applied and that the SMT had a clear vision of how to support their colleagues through the transition. This change was of enormous help with the new world post re-organisation.
