We were delighted to work with Quill Pinpoint, the legal accounts software and outsourced cashiering experts, to enable them to achieve their five year vision.
This involved communicating the vision to all staff, recruiting a new Client Services Director and developing the Senior Leadership Team in order to shape the vision and implement the change required to achieve it.
We began the process with an event for the whole organisation to introduce the vision and enable buy-in at all levels of the business. We then worked with the Managing Director and HR team to shape the Client Services Director role and identify the key requirements in the context of the organisational vision. Once this was clarified, we worked closely together to select and assess the best person for the role.
