Training and Development Credits provide flexibility and are a convenient way to secure future external development support, making it easier for organisations to manage and safeguard their training budgets.

Our business psychologist and consultants are trained in using well-renowned and BPS-accredited psychometrics tools, including Personality Questionnaires, Situational Judgement Tests and Verbal/Numerical Ability Tests. We use a fair and inclusive process to support clients select the best talent.

– Competency mapping based on specific job description by a Business Psychologist
– Evaluation on the psychometric tools needed for assessment by a Business Psychologist
– Managing the candidate’s journey
– Writing of bespoke candidate psychometric reports by a Business Psychologist
– 1-1 feedback meeting with the hiring manager

Executive Coaching Credits

Executive coaching is a bespoke, one-to-one interaction between a Coach and Coachee, designed to support and accelerate an individual’s professional growth and success.

Our aim is to help individuals to reach their full potential, and our coaching provides an invaluable source of support and development in order to facilitate this process.

In our coaching, some of the goals we aim to achieve include:
– Support clients to understand their life and work goals and objectives and how these can be synthesised and achieved
– Support clients to understand and overcome entrenched patterns in thought or behaviour which are limiting or likely to represent significant barriers to successful achievement of desired work and life objectives
– Assess your personal and professional development needs to create integrated development plans which set out challenging yet realistic approaches for work and life success

Terms and Conditions

Please note that the Training and Development Credits are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of invoice.

Upon receipt of your order for credits, we will issue you with an invoice to the sum of the credits value plus VAT, which shall be payable within thirty (30) days of date of invoice.

Credits are non-refundable.

The expiry date cannot be extended. Any excess funds remaining on the credits can be used towards other programmes before the Expiry Date. However, an additional fee may be required to cover difference in costs.

We are not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected orders, or computer, telephone or technical errors.
