We have some exciting news to share with everyone, our Research Assistant, Hannah Evans, is conducting brand-new research with the University of Manchester!
Hannah is investigating “The effect of personal and organisational values on leadership style in the NHS” as part of her Masters thesis in Occupational Psychology. If you are a manager or supervisor in the NHS, this is your opportunity to take part in some current research and make a positive impact.
For every person who completes the questionnaire, we will donate 50p to the charity Mental Health UK (www.mentalhealth-uk.org), so the more responses the better! If you know people who are managers in the NHS, please let them know so we can get as many people involved as possible!
