We are all met with challenges in our lives and sometimes it can feel like a struggle getting back up. When we do get back on our feet our resilience is crucial in turning things around. In this session, we will help develop your understanding of resilience and provide you with some key ideas and tools that you can use to support yourself during challenging times.
This session will help you to become more effective at taking action when times seem tough and to understand that whatever life throws at you, you can find a way to make things better.
