Impact Consulting Psychologists have been working in conjunction with the British Association of Medical Managers and Organisational Development Services to deliver the ‘Leading Together Programme’. This multidisciplinary clinical leadership development programme was piloted by the NHS North West Leadership Academy, and the outcomes have been extremely positive.
Impact Consulting received a personal thank you from Deborah Arnot, Deputy Director, and Nick Fowler-Johnson, Programme Manager, of the NHS North West Leadership Academy.
