COVID-19 Statement from our Chief Executive, Shelly Rubinstein

I hope that you are finding your way through these very challenging times of the Covid-19 outbreak. We are dealing with uncertainty and people are feeling anxious about the future, so we want to explain how Impact Psychology for Business are supporting our clients, staff and community to deal with what is happening in the most collaborative, compassionate and kind way possible. Our message of #2020yearofkindness is even more relevant now and as Occupational Psychologists we are here to support you in whatever way that we can, in particular with wellbeing, supporting your staff and managing your feelings of anxiety.

  • We are working with our clients to find different ways to support them. Each client has unique challenges as a result of this crisis, we are working on a range of solutions. We are finding virtual approaches to our work and hope that people will benefit from them. We have been working with you all for over 26 years and want to be of service during these challenging times.
  • We are committed to the safety of our colleagues from today onwards all employees at Impact will be working from home. We are having daily meetings online to keep each other’s spirits up and we are working on providing you with tools and approaches to support mental health and wellbeing during these next few weeks. Please note that we are still taking calls on our office number (+44(0)161 351 2290).
  • We are supporting our local community by ensuring that anyone who is in need of support knows that we will help in any way that we can; whether that is by keeping in touch with individuals who are housebound, shopping for older people in social isolation or giving advice about how to practice self-care in times of stress. Let us do all that we can to support you.
